- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.

- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our express written consent.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
4. Subscription & Billing
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and technology forming part of the Service are the exclusive property of Xero Agent or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload or generate through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process and store your content solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to your content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XERO AGENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xero Agent, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, all licences granted to you will immediately cease.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
